The Growth Development Program (GDP) is a 6-month, cohort-based program designed for C-suite executives from small and medium-sized businesses. It guides leaders through the process of exploring, testing, and implementing AI use cases that align with real business needs.
- Implementation-Ready AI Roadmap: Leave with a transformation plan covering strategy, governance, people, data, and technology — the outcome CEOs told us they need but don’t have.
- Timeless + Timely Learning: Grounded in timeless strategy and leadership principles, with timely AI tool experimentation placed where it adds the most value.
- Practical Journey: Three full-day in-person workshops and six virtual mentoring sessions, designed for busy executives who need both depth and flexibility.
- Expert & Peer Support: Work alongside mentors, graduate researchers, and a select cohort of 12–15 leaders, with curated feedback and confidential peer exchange.
Over the course of six months, program participants will gain the tools and insights needed to lead successful AI-driven transformations within their organizations.
Three Phases:
- Learn – Build your C-suite AI mindset, set vision, and frame ROI.
- Test – Safely validate and refine use cases in a sandbox environment.
- Implement – Present a board-ready roadmap, with budgets, timelines, and vendor connections.

“The Growth Development Program has been an amazing experience, allowing us to gain real-life insights from fellow peers who are in the same or similar business and have either solved or continue to address the same problems we face. By gaining insights on how to bridge the gap between our results and those of others, this program has delivered tremendous value to our organization.”
