Chief Financial Officer

Sandy Yee was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Toronto Region Board of Trade in June 2026.

A seasoned and trusted executive, Sandy is passionate about supporting the Board’s vision to make Toronto one of the most competitive and sought-after business regions in the world. As CFO, Sandy oversees finance and technology, with responsibility for financial stewardship, strategic planning, governance, and operational excellence for the organization. She leads with financial management acumen, strategic insight, and a highly collaborative approach.

Prior to joining the Board in 2025 as Senior Vice President, Finance, Sandy served more than 30 years with the Province of Ontario. Most recently, she served for more than five years as Chief Administrative Officer and Assistant Deputy Minister, Corporate Services, at the Ontario Treasury Board Secretariat. Sandy’s extensive expertise and broad perspective continue to inform her work supporting the Board’s leadership and impact across the region.

Sandy is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Waterloo.
