The venue space features a large gala room (that can be partitioned into three separate event spaces), four large stand-alone meeting rooms, break-out spaces, a 22,000 sq. ft. outdoor terrace, and a state-of-the-art digital studio.

With its modern design, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Toronto’s skyline, and soaring 18-foot ceilings, Gala Hall is the waterfront’s most stunning venue. This modular space can comfortably accommodate up to 500 guests for conferences, galas, receptions, and socials.
The space features a 294” ultra-stretch screen, mobile video walls, a movable stage, multiple PTZ conference cameras, and centrally controlled audio, lighting, and video conferencing for a seamless experience.
Imagine your team gathering for an engaging series of workshops, where they can break into groups, and unwind for a warm beverage in our Trade Café. Four modular workshop rooms are fully equipped for educational sessions, team meetings, presentations, and group collaboration.
The rooms accommodate 16 to 40 guests, and the walls open to create one 120-guest event space. Each room is equipped with PTZ conference cameras, and a 110” mobile screen.

With spectacular skyline views, the 22,000 sq. ft. terrace and lush urban garden is a jewel of Toronto’s Waterfront. The open-air surroundings transport guests to the outdoors, with spacious seating for up to 400 guests, or 120 guests under the retractable canvas roof. The space is equipped with outdoor speakers, an all-weather mobile screen, outdoor heaters, and stylish furniture.
Whether it's live broadcasting or 4K recording, our Digital Studio will help you capture your best work. The studio has a separate production and control room, professional lighting, a green screen, top-of-the-line cameras, and a calibrated audio board staffed by a professional crew. The studio is perfectly suited for a one-off recording, or a season's worth of keynotes, panels, podcasts, or webinars.

DIRECTIONS TO VENUE
From Union Station, walking: Walk south down Bay St. to Queens Quay. At Queens Quay, make a left and walk east to 100 Queens Quay E. (20 mins)
From Union Station, by bus: Take the #19 Bay bus at Bay & Front, ride four stops to Queens Quay E. at Lower Jarvis St. Get off the bus and walk west to 100 Queens Quay E.
Through the PATH: 100 Queens Quay E. is accessible via the PATH from RBC WaterPark Place (Bay and Queens Quay). From WaterPark Place, walk east 600 m (8 mins).
Driving from the east end: Drive west on the Gardiner Expressway, exit on the Bay/York St. exit, merge onto Lake Shore Blvd. W., turn right onto Yonge St., turn left onto Queens Quay E., take Queens Quay to 100 Queens Quay E.
Driving from the west end: Drive east on the Gardiner Expressway, exit at the York St./Bay St./Yonge St. Exit, continue straight onto Lake Shore Blvd. E., turn right onto Cooper St. and 100 Queens Quay E. is at the next intersection.
By bicycle: 100 Queens Quay E. is conveniently located off the Martin Goodman Trail to easily bike east or west across Toronto.
100 Queens Quay E. has an underground parking lot on P1 & P2, accessible along Cooper St. The rate is $10/hr. up to a daily maximum of $25 from 6 AM to 6 PM. From 6 PM to 6 AM, it becomes a flat rate of $15. There are also several paid parking lots within walking distance of 100 Queens Quay E., as well as limited street parking.
