Richard Lyall, President of the Residential Construction Council of Ontario, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's functions and staff. His contribution to the residential construction industry in Ontario began in 1991, and since then he has been actively working to find solutions to the challenges faced by the industry.
Richard takes pride in RESCON's leadership in expediting the development approvals process and cutting red tape to facilitate faster construction of housing. RESCON advocates for the standardization and digitization of the process throughout the province.
