Susan promotes Quebec City and supports meeting planners and event organizers with venue research, event funding and strategic planning. Susan is most proud of Québec City, named the best destination in Canada by Travel + Leisure readers in 2022. She is also actively involved in advancing the meetings and events industry through volunteering and has been named “Volunteer of the Year” by Meetings & Incentive Magazine for her work with Meeting Professionals International (MPI).
