Program Elements
To graduate, participants must complete:
- Launch Day (May 1, 2025) – an in-person session focusing on developing an export plan strategy framework, networking, and market research and competitor analysis
- One in-person Executive Certificates session focused on finance
- One in-person Executive Certificates session selected from two options: global sales or operations
- Two online Working Group sessions selected from five options: post-show strategy, digital transformation, ESG, technical compliance, or negotiation
- Submission of a customized Export Plan
- Participation in 1:1 mentorship program
- Wrap Day – an in-person event focused on networking, connecting participants with potential partners, investors, and ecosystem stakeholders
