Summary
This report provides a comprehensive overview of the Toronto Region’s export markets and identifies how stronger growth can be achieved. The report was produced through a comprehensive consultation process with relevant stakeholders and the Board’s member companies. Based on these consultations, it was determined that supportive services for exporters, while ample, are fragmented.
The Board’s Trade Accelerator Program (TAP) helps solve this gap by enabling companies to develop and activate an export plan. The program provides a mentorship program wherein the Board’s larger member companies provide expertise and resource-sharing to client companies.
