Dominic Mailloux
A member of the Board of Governors of the Université de l'Ontario français, Dominic Mailloux is the Vice President of Human Resources at GardaWorld, Cash Services, Canada, and former Human Resources Director at Bombardier, a Canadian manufacturer of aircraft and rail transportation equipment. As a bilingual senior executive, he has over 20 years of experience in complex, international, multi-site operational environments, including notable roles at Bombardier.
Mr. Mailloux has proven expertise in talent acquisition and management, coaching, labor relations, employee relations, compensation, international mobility, and health and safety, including disability management.
In addition to his professional activities, Mr. Mailloux is highly involved in the community, allowing him to develop a strong network over the years in politics and business, both in Quebec, Ontario, and across Canada.
In the 2000s, he made his mark as President of the Youth Committee of the HEC Montréal Network and as Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Regroupement des jeunes chambres de commerce du Québec.
Starting in 2013, Mr. Mailloux quickly became involved in the Franco-Toronto community. He served as President of the Toronto chapter of the HEC Montréal Network (2014 to 2017), President of the Club canadien de Toronto (2018 to 2021), and a member of the Board of Directors of Francophonie en fête (2016 to 2017) and the Francophone Advisory Committee of the City of Toronto (2019 to 2022).
Mr. Mailloux is also the creator and founding president of the Prix RelèveON, a competition aimed at recognizing and showcasing Franco-Ontarian professionals aged 40 and under.
A strong advocate for economic Francophonie, he founded the Fédération de gens d'affaires francophones de l'Ontario in 2021 and currently serves as its president.

Manuelita M. Cherizard
Manuelita M. Cherizard is a highly accomplished HR leader with a robust background in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and strategic human resource management. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM), Manuelita has played a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent, including bilingual professionals, within one of Canada’s premier cultural institutions.

Jacques Naud
Jacques Naud is a highly experienced executive with a distinguished career in banking, governance, and community service.
He currently serves as Emeritus Governor at the Université de l'Ontario français, and previously as the President of the Board of Governors, where he has been a key member since 2018. He has played a crucial role in the strategic direction, financial oversight, and development initiatives of the University.
Jacques spent over 25 years at the National Bank of Canada, where he held several senior management positions, including Vice President of Personal Banking for Ontario and Western Canada, Vice President of Retail and Commercial Banking for Eastern Canada, and Vice President of Personal and Commercial Banking for Ontario.
