Sébastien Mousseau, Senior Vice-President and Global Market Lead, Energy and Renewable Energies, AtkinsRéalis

Sébastien Mousseau joined AtkinsRéalis in 2006. He is now a member of the Engineering Services Canada management team as Senior Vice-President and Global Market Lead, Energy and Renewable Energies. Sébastien focuses on consulting, engineering, and design services, as well as project and program management for the Transportation, Cities and Development, Industrial, Energy and Renewable Energies, and Life Sciences markets.
Drawing on his international experience, Sébastien also leads the global growth of AtkinsRéalis's Energy and Renewable Energies market. He recently held the position of Senior Vice-President, Power, Grid, and Industrial Solutions. Prior to that, he held various management positions on a range of major hydroelectric projects in Canada, including Eastmain-1-A, Lower Churchill and Site C.
Sébastien holds a doctorate in civil engineering from the Université de Sherbrooke. He is a licensed professional engineer in British Columbia, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland and Labrador. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Association de l'industrie électrique du Québec and the Conseil du Patronat du Québec.
Laura Miller, Director, Public Policy & Communications, Uber

Laura Miller leads public policy and communications for Uber in Canada. Alongside her team, Laura’s work focuses on Sustainability and the Road to Zero-Emissions, Labour and the Future of Work,and Social Impact partnerships.
Prior to joining Uber, Laura directed marketing and communications at Elevate, an organization focused on uniting Canada's innovators to solve society’s greatest challenges, and at a property technology firm based in British Columbia. She started her career in politics and government where she had the honour of supporting two Premiers and a Prime Minister. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts from Western University.
Travis Allan, Chief Legal and Public Affairs Officer, FLO

Travis J. Allan is the Chief Legal and Public Affairs Officer at FLO, one of North America's leading electric vehicle charging networks and manufacturer of charging solutions. Travis works to advance policies that reduce transportation emissions while leading FLO’s legal, regulatory, communications, public affairs, ESG and corporate secretarial functions. He was named a 2023 Canadian to Watch by Automotive News Canada, is the Chair of Electric Mobility Canada's National Government Relations Committee and a member of the executive committee, a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of Electric Autonomy, he has been selected as one of Canada's leading energy lawyers by Who's Who Legal, serves as a contributing editor at the International Energy Law Review (published by Sweet & Maxwell) and has previously served as adjunct faculty at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.

Julia Langer, CEO, The Atmospheric Fund (TAF)

Julia has held senior leadership positions in the environmental sector for nearly 30 years, managing campaigns and organizations, defining strategy and policy, and inspiring public and private action to address air pollution and climate change. Julia leads TAF’s staff in advancing the organization’s solutions to climate and air pollution, and with support from TAF’s Investment Committee, oversees the fiscal integrity of TAF’s endowment. Julia is a recipient of the 2016 Minister’s Award for Environmental Excellence for her environment and climate work and a member of the federal government’s Generation Energy Council.
