Projects are piling up. Hiring full-time is expensive. And waiting is not an option.
Through funded Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) programs, employers can engage student talent on paid, structured projects designed to deliver real business outcomes. This complimentary Member-Only webinar will show you how to leverage Riipen’s Advanced Ontario and FuturePath programs to advance priority projects and build a future-ready talent pipeline.
- Which partially and fully subsidized programs are available
- Which project types are best suited for short-term student engagement
- How students build skills while earning a stipend
- How employers are using these programs to support their high-priority projects
If you are looking for a lower-risk, cost-effective way to increase capacity and test future hires, this session will give you the clarity and next steps to act with confidence.
Connor Frankenberger, Riipen
Connor is a Partnership Development Manager at Riipen who has been with the organization for 6 years. From the early stages of the Riipen and through the evolution of government-funded partnerships, he has developed great insights into the ed-tech world and what is possible for companies to accomplish with student hiring through Riipen's many programs.
In this session, Connor will break down how Riipen’s signature WIL cohorts operate, including partially and fully subsidized programs that reduce hiring costs and lower risk for employers. He will walk through what participation looks like from start to finish, clarify timelines and expectations, and share real examples of how businesses have successfully integrated student talent into priority initiatives.
