In this one-day, hands-on workshop, you’ll use AI to rethink how you understand and serve your best customers. Together, we’ll enrich your existing customer personas (sometimes called Ideal Customer Profiles), map out an AI-enhanced customer journey, and turn those insights into ready-to-use marketing assets. You’ll also learn the basics of data, consent, and governance in a Canadian SME context, design a simple experiment with clear KPIs, and leave with concrete deliverables your team can implement in the next 1–2 weeks.
