Tyler Lockyer
Ontario Client Delivery Director, Advisory Services at BDC
Tyler Lockyer is the Director of Client Delivery for BDC Advisory Services, leading a team of over 10 business advisors, and 100 consultants. Most recently, Tyler was the Head of the Technology Advisory practice at BDC, directing services for the digitalization and AI adoption of Canadian Small and Medium Enterprises. Tyler has directly helped over 500 Canadian SME adopt advanced business technologies to enable and automate business. Prior to BDC, Tyler was the Canadian lead on the global digital committees for both Samsung Canada and Ford Motor Company. At Samsung Canada, Tyler designed and developed a PMO, and at Ford, Tyler led the team through several AI pilot projects, including an AI model to develop efficient and effective media plans, as well as the Canadian adoption of the automated personalization initiative for a better vehicle shopping experience. Tyler has certificates in innovation planning and design thinking from IDEO and is currently pursuing certification in AI platforms.
