About the Session

Build the strategy, governance and roadmap to confidently lead AI transformation across your organization.

Designed for organizations in the early stages of AI adoption, this program provides the strategic foundations executives need before investing in AI initiatives or scaling adoption across the business. Participants work through four connected modules: a jargon-free primer on AI fundamentals, a hands-on session building an AI strategy and prioritized roadmap, a candid look at execution, risk and governance, and a closing workshop to draft a clear, personal 90-day AI action plan. This is not a lecture. Through structured presentations, peer workshops, and guided exercises, executives leave with a concrete opportunity map, a draft action plan, and a cohort of peers facing the same challenges. No prior AI experience required — just a business problem worth solving.

ABOUT THE SESSION

This executive session helps business leaders cut through the noise and focus on what matters: identifying real business opportunities, understanding implementation risks, and creating an actionable roadmap for adoption.

You'll leave with greater confidence in leading AI initiatives, practical frameworks for evaluating opportunities, and a peer network of executives tackling many of the same challenges.

WHY ATTEND

Improving sales performance and productivity across your organization starts with treating the sales process as the heartbeat of your business. For many Canadian SMB leaders, sales remain a constant sticking point. This session is an opportunity to identify ways to free up your time, and your sales team’s time, so they can focus on what they do best: closing deals.

KEY PROGRAM OUTCOMES

  • A practical understanding of AI fundamentals — agents & automation, hallucinations & reliability, and data readiness, explained for a C-suite audience.
  • A framework for identifying and prioritizing the highest-value AI opportunities across your organization. A clear view of execution, risk & governance — practical guidance on change management, build vs. buy decisions, vendor selection, and compliance (PIPEDA).
  • A concrete 90-day AI action plan — one strategic priority, one quick win, one governance action, and one stakeholder conversation, drafted during the session.
  • A commitment and a cohort — a public pledge and a peer group of like-stage executives for built-in accountability.

Why This Program is Different

  • Unlike technical AI courses focused on tools and prompt writing, this executive session is designed around business strategy.
  • You'll learn how to make informed investment decisions, prioritize initiatives, manage organizational risk and lead AI adoption across your company—not simply how to use the latest AI applications.
  • Every session combines expert insights with practical workshops, ensuring you leave with tangible deliverables rather than just ideas.
