About the Session:
This session will equip women entrepreneurs, business owners, managers, directors, and leaders of Ontario-based companies with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to adopt effective capital funding strategies and optimize cash flow management.
Led by industry experts and thought leaders in trade and finance, this session will cover a wide range of topics including:
- Types of capital funding: equity, debt, venture capital, angel investment
- Assessing financial risks and opportunities
Identifying relevant SMB grants & tax incentives for expansion
Tax policies & considerations
Long term value creation for succession planning
Participants will also be able to network with other business leaders and learn best practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
Executive Certificates are open to women entrepreneurs, business owners, managers, directors, and leaders of companies that are:
- Exporting a product, services or technologies and want to diversify their export market or are exploring the possibility of expanding their business internationally
- Generating more than $250,000 in annual revenue
- Operating for at least 1 year and registered in Canada
- Offering an attractive value proposition
