The World Trade Centre Toronto’s Trade Accelerator Program (TAP) helps small and medium-sized businesses turn international ambitions into real growth. Backed by top export advisors and delivered in collaboration with the City of Barrie, City of Orillia, County of Simcoe, and Province of Ontario, TAP provides leaders, CEOs, owners and c-suite executives with expert coaching, tailored resources, and proven strategies.
In just five weeks, participants build a customized export plan through hands-on workshops and one-on-one mentoring, gaining the clarity and confidence to grow worldwide.

Workshops:
- Week 1 (In-Person): October 1, Barrie
- Week 2 (Virtual): October 6 & 8
- Week 3 (Virtual): October 13 & 15
- Week 4 (Virtual): October 22
- Week 5 (In-Person): October 29, Barrie
This program is open to companies that are:
- Exporting a product, services or technologies and want to diversify their export market or are exploring the possibility of expanding their business internationally
- Generating more than $200,000 in annual revenue is preferred, though not required
- Operating for at least 2 years and registered in Canada
Thanks to support from the Government of Ontario through the Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade, this program is available at no cost to participants.
