With so many visionary leaders in our midst, we couldn’t choose just one. This year marks the return of our acclaimed Toronto Talks—brief, bold presentations by three of our region’s most influential and dynamic leaders.

Blake Hutcheson is the President and CEO of OMERS, leading the organization's performance across Pension Services, Strategy, Legal, Technology, and Asset Liability Management. Joining OMERS in 2018, Blake has championed innovation, notably through OMERS Platform Investments. Previously, he served as President and CEO of Oxford Properties Group and led Global Real Estate at Mount Kellett Capital Management. Blake has also held prominent roles at CB Richard Ellis, overseeing operations across Canada, Latin America, and Mexico.

An Order of Ontario recipient and a "Canada's Top 40 Under 40" honoree, Blake holds degrees from Western University, the London School of Economics, and Columbia University, where he earned the Distinguished Alumnus Award in 2017.

Greta Cutulenco is CEO and co-founder of Acerta, provider of predictive quality software solutions for automotive and discrete manufacturing. Greta co-founded Acerta in 2017 and currently leads the company’s senior leadership and product teams. She works directly with automotive OEMs and Tier-1 manufacturers, helping them make sense of their manufacturing data. Named a Forbes 30-Under-30 for Manufacturing, an Industry All-Star and a Canadian to Watch by Automotive News Canada, Greta has served as Automotive Parts Manufacturers’ Association (APMA) board member since 2020.

Teresa Resch is the President of WNBA Toronto, the league's first international franchise and Canada's first female professional basketball team. Teresa has been a global leader in sports for nearly 20 years, having held positions at Disney, Life Time Fitness and the NBA before becoming a senior executive with the Toronto Raptors. Now, as WNBA Toronto's inaugural president, she's making sports history, building a new franchise from the ground up ahead of its debut in 2026.
